You can ask for a refund only if:
- We completely missed your exam after you paid and everything was set up.
- There was a confirmed technical problem on our side that stopped the expert from finishing the job.
Keep in mind, refunds only happen if the problem is clearly on us.
We don’t usually refund in cases like:
- You gave wrong login details and didn’t fix them before the exam started.
- You didn’t share full exam instructions, like wrong time or missing info.
- You canceled last minute after we already assigned an expert.
- You stopped responding during a live exam and the expert couldn’t continue.
- The exam got paused, locked, or flagged because of platform issues outside our control.
- You simply changed your mind after placing the order.
Remember, once the expert logs in or starts preparing, your time slot is locked and canceling usually isn’t refundable.
